The Coach is not an expert that limits his action to teaching techniques; his role is rather to improve the other’s productivity. He reinforces or unblocks the whole potential that the individual stores. More than teaching, the Coach central role is to facilitate the other’s learning process, helping them to enlarge their vision, so that they can discover patterns, context and questions that until then they had not been able to see.
